The Subscription Journey on Windows: From Trial to Renewal

All MobiSystems products are designed to give you flexibility and choice when it comes to subscribing. Here’s a simple guide to help you navigate your subscription journey, from starting a free trial to managing renewals or cancellations.

Starting with a Free Trial

A free trial lets you explore premium features before committing. Here’s what you need to know:

1. What’s Included:
   • Many of our products offer a 7-day free trial, so you can test all premium features at no cost.
2. How to Start a Trial on Windows:
   • Visit the MobiSystems website and go to the Pricing drop-down menu to select the product you’re interested in: MobiOffice, MobiPDF, or MobiDrive.
     
     
      
   • For business plans, navigate to Business.
     
     
3. Payment and Cancellation:
   • During the trial setup, you’ll enter payment information, but you won’t be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
   • The exact trial dates will be displayed during the process.
4. Managing Your Trial:
   • After completing the checkout process, you can view all active trials and subscriptions in My Account under Subscriptions and Products.
     
     

Subscribing to the Service

• If you don’t cancel, your trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription on the 7th day, and you’ll be charged.

• Once your subscription starts, you’ll receive an email confirming the trial has ended and payment was processed.

• If you cancel your subscription within the first 7 days of the trial, you won’t be charged, and access to subscription features will end immediately.

Renewing Your Subscription

• Subscriptions renew automatically every month or year, depending on your selected billing cycle.
• You’ll continue to have uninterrupted access to premium features until you decide to cancel.

Cancelling a Subscription

• Cancel during the free trial and you won’t be charged. Access to Premium features will end immediately after cancelling.

• Cancel a paid subscription at any time and you’ll keep full access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

• Your subscription will not renew after cancellation, so no further charges will be made.

• Cancelling mid-cycle does not remove access right away - it remains active until the paid period expires.

• Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription - you must cancel it through your MobiSystems Account.
