How do I cancel my trial/subscription?

 

Cancel subscriptions on Android

Please follow these steps to cancel your trial and subscription:

  1. Open Google Play Store. Make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google account.
  2. Tap on your profile icon in the upper rightmost corner, then tap Payments and Subscriptions.
  3. Select Subscriptions.
  4. Tap the subscription you want to cancel. Tap Cancel subscription.

Follow the onscreen instructions.

Please do keep in mind that if you uninstall the app without canceling your subscription, you will still be charged at the end of the trial period and each new billing cycle.

Please follow these steps to cancel your trial and subscription:

On your iPhone or iPad:
 

  1. Open Device Settings
  2. Tap on your Profile
  3. Tap on Subscriptions
  4. Locate the subscription you would like to cancel
  5. Tap Cancel subscription

 

Please do keep in mind that if you uninstall the app without canceling your subscription, you will still be charged in the end of the trial period and each new billing cycle.

Cancel a Subscription in Microsoft Store (e.g., Microsoft 365, Xbox Game Pass):


If you have an active subscription (like Microsoft 365, Xbox Game Pass, or other services), here's how to cancel it:

  1. Go to the Microsoft Subscriptions page:
    Open your browser and visit MicrosoftSubscriptions.
  2. Sign in:
    Sign in with the Microsoft account associated with the subscription.
  3. Select the subscription:
    Find the subscription you want to cancel, and click on it.
  4. Cancel the subscription:
    Click the "Manage" link next to the subscription, then select "Cancel subscription".
    Follow the instructions to confirm your cancellation.

Note: You may still have access to the service until the end of your billing cycle, depending on the subscription.
