Once you uninstall and reinstall the app back, your Favourite definitions will not be saved.
This is because, the words in the list are not linked to your account and once the app is erased, the words are erased too.
We would recommend taking a screenshot of all your saved definitions in case you would like to uninstall and then reinstall the app.
