I have been charged, but my Premium license has not been activated yet


If you check your payment status and see that the payment is pending, this means that the amount has not been charged to your bank account yet.
This happens so Google can make sure the card is valid, and to check that you have enough funds in your account to make the purchase.

Authorizations may take around 1-14 business days depending on your bank, but if the authorization lasts more than that, we would advise you contact Google's Support Page here: https://support.google.com/googleplay/?hl=en#topic=3364260 as well as your bank.
