Move a file or a folder Android

You can move an item from any tab in the app: My files, Recent files, Shared, Collections, or search results. You can move single or multiple items in one go. 

1. Open MobiDrive. 
   
   
2. Long tap to select the item you want to move. You can select multiple files. 
   To select all items, tap Select All on top. 
   Alternately, next to the item you want to move, tap the Contextual menu. 
   
   
3. Tap Move. 
   
   
4. Choose the destination folder, tap Move here. 
   To move to a new folder, tap New folder. 

Move a file or a folder iOS

You can move an item from any tab in the app: My files, Recent files, Shared, Collections, or search results.

1. Open MobiDrive.

2. Tap and hold the item you want to move.





3. Select Move.




4. Choose the destination you want to move the selected item to.

5. Tap Move.


You can move multiple or all items.

1. Tap More.





2. Tap Select.





3. Choose Select all, or select the items you want to move.





4. Tap on the Move icon.






5. Choose the destination you want to move the selected items to.
6. Tap Move.


An alternative way to move an item:

1. Tap the item’s Contextual menu.






2. Tap Move.





3. Choose the destination folder, tap Move.


*To move to a new folder:

1. Tap the New folder icon.






2. Type a name of the folder.

3. Tap Create.




4. Enter the newly created folder.





5. Tap Move.
