Delete your MobiSystems account in MobiDrive

 

Delete your MobiSystems account Windows

1. Open MobiDrive on your device via the MobiDrive widget in your taskbar.



2. Click on the MobiDrive options icon.



3. Click on your profile.



4. In the MobiDrive Preferences window, click Account and then Manage Account.



5. On the My Account page, click Edit Account.



6. On the Account Settings page, click Delete Account.



7. Enter your password and confirm with Delete Account.

 

Delete your MobiSystems account Android

Deleting your MobiSystems account means you will not be able to use it to sign in to the MobiSystems apps you have been using. It also deletes your MobiDrive storage and the files in it. This can not be undone. 

Deleting your MobiSystems account will not cancel your trial or your subscription with a third-party seller. You must cancel your subscription to end your subscription with a third-party seller. 

To delete your MobiSystems account: 

  1. Open MobiDrive, tap Menu. 

  2. Tap your account. 

  3. Tap More settings. 

  4. In the resulting webpage, tap Edit Account. 

  5. Tap Delete Account. 


Alternatively, 

1. Sign in to your account

2. Tap Edit account. 

3. Tap Delete Account.
