Change or reset your account password Windows

1. Open MobiDrive on your device via the MobiDrive widget in your taskbar.



2. Click on the MobiDrive options icon.



3. Click on your profile.



4. In the MobiDrive Preferences window, click Account, then Manage Account.



5. On the My Account page, click Edit Account.



6. On the Account Settings page, click Change Password.



7. Type your current password. Then type your new password. Click Save to confirm.

 

Change or reset your account password Android

You may want to change your password for security reasons, or you may have forgotten your password and you want to reset it.

Change password: 

  1. Open MobiDrive. Tap Menu. Tap on your account.
  2. Tap Change password.
  3. Type your old password, then type the new one and confirm it.
  4. Tap Change password

Reset password: 

  1. On the Sign-in window, tap 'Forgot password?'
  2. Type your email. Tap Reset password. Tap Continue.
  3. Check your email for the password reset link.
  4. Follow the link in the password reset email to create a new password.


Follow the link in the email to reset your password.

If you do not find the email, check spam. If you did not receive the email, contact us.
If you get 'Account does not exist', you may have signed up with Google or Facebook.

Change password

1. Open MobiDrive. Tap Menu.


2. Tap on your account.



3. Tap Change password.




4. Type your old password, then type the new one and confirm it.




5. Confirm by tapping Change password.






Reset password

1. On the Sign-in window, tap 'Forgot password?'


2. Type your email. Tap Continue.




3. Check your email for the password reset link.


4. Follow the link in the password reset email.


5. Enter your new password.


Note that your password reset code is not a temporary password you can use to sign in. Follow the link in the email to reset your password. If you do not find the email, check spam. If you did not receive the email, contact us. If you get 'Account does not exist', you may have signed up with Google or Facebook.
