How to Find Your Private Apple ID (Hide My Email) Address

If you signed in to MobiOffice using Sign in with Apple, you may have chosen to use Apple's Hide My Email feature. This creates a unique email address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com instead of sharing your real email address with apps.

This is an Apple privacy feature that is configured entirely on your device. MobiSystems does not create, assign, or manage these private relay email addresses. If you chose to hide your email when signing in with Apple, your MobiSystems account will be linked to the private relay address generated by Apple.

How to check if you're using a Private Apple ID* with MobiOffice

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name at the top of the screen to open your Apple ID settings.

    • If it ends in @privaterelay.appleid.com, you're signed in using a Private Apple ID (Hide My Email).

    • If it shows your regular email address, you're not using Hide My Email for your MobiSystems account.

*What is a Private Apple ID?

A Private Apple ID (Hide My Email address) is a randomly generated email address created by Apple when you choose Hide My Email while using Sign in with Apple. This helps protect your privacy by keeping your personal email address hidden from apps and services.

Any emails sent to your private relay address are automatically forwarded by Apple to your primary iCloud email address, so you can still receive account-related emails without revealing your actual email address.

Note: Hide My Email is an Apple feature. The decision to use it is made when you sign in with Apple, and MobiSystems cannot view, change, or disable your private relay email address. If you need to know which email is linked to your account, you'll need to check it in your Apple ID settings using the steps above.
