How to Purchase and Activate MobiPDF Pro for Teams

MobiPDF Pro for Teams is designed for businesses that need flexible access to advanced PDF tools across multiple devices. The plan requires a minimum of 2 seats, and each seat includes access on 1 Windows PC & 2 mobile devices (Android and/or iOS). Please note that the MobiPDF app is currently not available for Mac devices.

Like all of our Business licenses, it also includes access to priority support.


How to Purchase

Follow these steps to buy a MobiPDF Pro for Teams subscription:

  1. Go to the MobiPDF Pricing page on our website and select the Business tab.

  2. Here you can choose the number of seats you need.

  3. Click Try 7 Days Free to continue.

  4. Enter your payment details and email address.

    • You can still adjust the number of seats at this stage before completing the purchase.

  5. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company, check the Buying for a company option.

  6. Fill out your company information and complete the payment.


After Purchase

  • Once payment is successful, you will be redirected to your MobiSystems Account, where you can view and manage your subscription.

  • You will also receive a confirmation email containing your subscription details for your records.


How to Activate Your Subscription

  1. Download the MobiPDF app on your preferred device.

  2. Open the app and sign in using the email address used for the purchase.

Your subscription will be automatically activated and ready to use.


If you need to add seats later or manage your plan, you can do so anytime from your MobiSystems Account.
