How to Buy Additional Seats for your MobiPDF Pro for Teams Subscription

Need more seats for your team? You can add them anytime directly from your MobiSystems account. Just follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to My Account

  1. Go to the MobiSystems My Account page.

  2. Sign in using the email linked to your MobiPDF Pro for Teams subscription.

2. Open Your Business Subscription

  1. Under Subscriptions & Products find your MobiPDF Pro for Teams subscription.

  2. Click Manage Seats and you will be taken to the Seats section.

3. Buy Additional Seats

  1. Once in the Seats section, click Buy More Seats. Please note that additional seats can’t be purchased while you’re on a trial. Once your subscription switches to a paid plan, you’ll be able to add more seats if needed.

  2. Enter the number of additional seats you want to purchase. The total price will automatically adjust based on the number of seats you select.

  3. Enter your payment details and complete the purchase.

After the payment is processed, you’ll be automatically redirected back to My Account.

4. Assign the New Seats

  1. Open your subscription again by clicking Manage Seats.

  2. In the Seats section, choose Assign Seat.

  3. Enter the email addresses of the users who should receive the new seats.

  4. If you’d like to learn more about the different seat types and their permissions, simply click the arrow in the screenshot to expand that section.

5. Need More Seats Later?

You can purchase additional seats anytime by following the same steps.
