If you’re unable to locate a file, please try the following steps:
Check version history
If the file was stored in MobiDrive, open the file location and check the version history to restore an earlier version if available.
To do so:
1. Open MobiDrive.
2. Click on the three dots icon next to the file.
3. Select Version History.
Check other locations
The file may have been saved elsewhere. Please check:
- Other cloud storage services (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox).
- Local storage on your device.
- External drives or SD cards if used.
File recovery pop-up
If MobiOffice was unexpectedly closed (e.g., crash or freeze), a recovery window should appear the next time you open the app. Follow the prompts to restore unsaved documents.
It's possible the file may have been affected by a device issue, system update, or accidental deletion - factors outside of MobiOffice’s control if the file wasn’t synced or stored in our cloud. In the past, it may have been saved directly on your device’s storage, which is why it remained accessible. Please check your local folders.
