Here's how to email a document via the option "Share File":
1. Open your file in MobiDocs and click on the Share icon.
2. Select Share File.
3. Select your emailing/messaging provider.
For Gmail users:
Gmail doesn't currently support direct sharing. To send your document as an attachment in Gmail:
1. Click on the Share icon.
2. Select Share File.
3. Click on the Copy icon.
4. Open your Gmail via the browser. Start a new email. Use the key combination C+V to paste the link. The file will attach automatically. Alternatively, you can save the file to your device and attach it manually.
To send your document as a PDF via Gmail:
1. Click on the Share icon.
2. Select Share as PDF.
3. Click on the Copy icon.
4. Open your Gmail via the browser. Start a new email. Use the key combination C+V to paste the link. The PDF file will attach automatically. Alternatively, you can save the file to your device and attach it manually.
To share a file as a zipped attachment:
1. You can select Zip & Share File to send your file as a zipped attachment.
2. Select your emailing/messaging provider.
