How to Add a Checkbox to a Form on Windows

1. Open MobiPDF and click on Forms tab.

2. Click on Check Box button and choose an area for the future check box. 

3. Click on All Properties to modify the checkbox. 

4. You can modify the following: 

• General: Name, Tooltip (will insert a note next to the checkbox), visibility settings. You can also mark this element as a Required field for future users. 

• Appearance: You can choose border and fill color, line width and style, font and font size, and a tick color. 

• Options: Choose the desired check box style.

• Actions: The checkbox can take the users to a certain page or a website.

5. If you return to the Home tab, you can check the way the checkbox will be displayed.
