How to Digitally Sign a Document with MobiPDF on Windows

MobiPDF allows you to apply a digital signature that’s legally recognized and encrypted for added security. In this article, we’ll show you step-by-step how to sign a document using Digital Sign in MobiPDF on your Windows device, making the process simple and hassle-free.

1. Open your file and click on Digitally Sign in the tool bar.

2. Select an area for the new signature.

3. In the dropdown menu, click on Import to import an existing signature. Click on Sign once you are ready.

Alternatively, you can create a new Digital Signature:

1. Click on New ID and enter the relevant data.

2. Click on New Appearance to draw or type a new signature.

3. Click on Sign once you are ready. You will then have to chose a location to save your signed document to.

4. A newly signed document will open automatically in MobiPDF. You can open the signatures panel.

5. Each signature is shown in the Digital Signatures window and you can check whether the signature is valid.
