Resetting a Forgotten Password

  1. Click "Forgot Password?"

  2. Confirm Your Email

    • In the Password Recovery window, enter the email address associated with your account and select Continue.

  3. Check Your Email

    • Look for a password recovery email in your inbox. Click the Reset Password button in the email.

  4. Set a New Password

    • You’ll be taken back to the Password Recovery window. Enter your new password and sign in.

  1. Edit Your Account

  2. Update Your Password

    • Enter your current password, followed by your new password, and click Save.
