How to Purchase a MobiOffice Premium for Teams Subscription and Assign Seats

How to Purchase a MobiOffice Premium for Teams Subscription

  1. Visit the Pricing Page

2. Complete Your Purchase

  • On the checkout page:
    • Enter your payment information.
    • The MobiOffice Premium for Teams Plan comes with 2+ seats. A seat is a subscription for one person, allowing access to MobiOffice on 1 desktop and 2 mobile devices.

Managing Your Subscription and Seats

  1. Access Your Account
    • After purchase, you'll be redirected to My Account where you can manage your subscription. You will also receive a confirmation email with your Purchase Summary and License Details.
  2. Manage Your Plan
    • In My Account, Under Subscriptions and Products, locate your MobiOffice Premium for Teams Plan and select Manage Seats.

  3. Assign Seats
    • In the Seats section you can assign seats to team members.

Inviting Team Members

  • When you assign a seat, the person will receive an email invitation to join your Team plan.

Troubleshooting Common Activation Issues

  • Can't Access Premium Features: Make sure that you or your team members are signed in using the account associated with the subscription purchase or the account that received the invitation to join the subscription.
  • Device Limit Reached: Manage devices in My Account by removing any older or unused devices.
