Activate Your MobiPDF Premium Subscription

MobiPDF Premium is a subscription-based service that allows you to access powerful PDF editing tools on 1 Windows device. Follow these steps to activate your MobiPDF Premium subscription and get started.

Purchasing MobiPDF Premium

1. Visit the MobiPDF Purchase Page

   • Go to the MobiPDF Purchase Page and select the Premium Plan.
   • Click on Try Free to begin the trial. Ensure you're signed in to your MobiSystems account before beginning the trial.
     
     

2. Complete Your Payment Details and Confirm Subscription in Your Account Center

   • Provide your payment details to finalize your order.

     
     
     
   • Once you've entered your payment details, a purchase will be confirmed and you will be taken to your Account Center, where you can:
     • View your subscription details (start date and expiration).
     • Manage associated devices. 
       
       

3. Receive a Confirmation Email

   • You’ll receive an email with your Trial Summary and License Details.
     
     

Activating MobiPDF Premium on Windows

1. Download MobiPDF for Windows

   • In your confirmation email, click the download link for Windows and complete the installation.
     
     

2. Install and Open MobiPDF

   • Follow the on-screen installation instructions. Once installed, open the MobiPDF app.
     
     

3. Sign In to Access Your Subscription

   • Go to the Account section within the app and sign in with the same account you used for your subscription.
      
     

Note: MobiPDF Premium can be activated on one Windows device.

Troubleshooting Common Activation Issues

• Can't Access Advanced Features: Ensure you’re signed in with the same account you used to purchase the subscription.
• Device Limit Reached: Manage devices in your Account Center by removing any older or unused devices.
• Trial Not Starting: Confirm your payment information was entered correctly and verify you received the confirmation email.
