With the MobiOffice Multi-User Subscription, you can share your subscription benefits with up to 6 users, each of whom can use the subscription on one desktop (Windows or Mac) and two mobile devices (Android and/or iOS). Follow the steps below to set up and activate your Multi-User subscription and set it up across all devices.
Purchasing MobiOffice Multi-User

Visit the MobiOffice Purchase Page
- Go to the MobiOffice Purchase Page and select the Multi-User Plan.
- Please note that the MobiOffice Multi-User plan is exclusively available for purchase on the MobiOffice website. To activate the subscription, you’ll need to sign in on a Windows device first.

Click on Try 7 Days Free to begin the trial. Ensure you're signed in to your MobiSystems account before beginning the trial.

Complete Your Payment Details and Confirm Subscription in My Account
- Provide your payment details to finalize your order.

After completing your payment information, you’ll be redirected to My Account, where you can:
- View your subscription details (start date and expiration).

Manage seats and associated devices.

Activating MobiOffice Multi-User on Windows

Setting Up MobiOffice Multi-User on Two Mobile Devices
- Set up MobiOffice Multi-User on your Android device.
- Set up MobiOffice Multi-User on your iOS device.
Note: MobiOffice Multi-User can be used on two mobile devices (Android and/or iOS) per user.
Managing Seats for Your MobiOffice Multi-User Subscription
To manage user seats for your MobiOffice Multi-User Subscription, follow these steps to assign or unassign seats for your users.

Access My Account:

Log in to My Account and locate your Multi-User Subscription under Subscriptions and Products. Click on Manage Seats next to your Multi-User Subscription to open its details.

Assign Seats:

In the Seats section you can assign seats to users, as well as manage and view all assigned seats.
- To assign a new seat, click on the Assign Seat button.
- Enter the email address of the person you’d like to invite and confirm by clicking Assign Seat.

The invited user will receive an email invitation to join. They’ll need to sign in to MobiOffice using the same email address to activate the subscription.

Unassign a Seat:

To remove a user’s access, find the user in the Seats section under Assigned Seats, then click on the Unassign button next to their email address. This will free up the seat for a new user.

Troubleshooting Common Activation Issues
- Can't Access Premium Features: Ensure you’re signed in with the same account you used to purchase the subscription or that was invited to join the subscription.
- Device Limit Reached: Manage devices in My Account by removing any older or unused devices.
- Trial Not Starting: Confirm your payment information was entered correctly and verify you received the confirmation email.
