How to Resolve the “Device Limit Exceeded” Error

If you see the error message “Device limit exceeded”, it means you've reached the maximum number of devices allowed for your MobiSystems subscription. To regain access and maintain full control of your account, follow the steps below to view, add, or remove devices associated with your subscription. This also helps enhance your account’s security by ensuring only authorized devices are connected.

 

1. Access My Account

  • Go to My Account and sign in with your MobiSystems account credentials.

2. Find Your Subscription Details

  • Under the Subscriptions and Products section, locate your active subscription and click on View.

3. Check Linked Devices

  • Click on Linked Devices to see a list of all devices currently signed in with your subscription. If you notice a device you don’t recognize, select Remove to unlink it.

Note: Different MobiOffice subscriptions have varying device limits. If you've reached the maximum device count, you may need to remove any inactive or unused devices before adding new ones.

4. Add a New Device

  • To add a new device, simply download the MobiOffice app on that device and sign in with your MobiSystems account.

This process will help you keep track of all active sessions, ensuring your account is secure and accessible only on trusted devices.
