Activate Your MobiOffice Premium Subscription

MobiOffice Premium allows you to access powerful office tools on one desktop (Windows or Mac) and up to two mobile devices (Android and/or iOS). Follow these steps to activate your MobiOffice Premium subscription and get started.


Purchasing MobiOffice Premium

  1. Visit the MobiOffice Purchase Page
    • Go to the MobiOffice Purchase Page and select the Premium Plan.
    • Click on Try 7 Days Free to begin the trial. Ensure you're signed in to your MobiSystems account before beginning the trial.

  2. Complete Your Payment Details and Confirm Subscription in My Account
    • Provide your payment details to finalize your order.

    • After completing your payment information, you’ll be redirected to My Account, where you can:
      • View your subscription details (start date and expiration).
      • Manage associated devices.

  3. Receive a Confirmation Email
    • You’ll receive an email with your Trial Summary and License Details.

Activating MobiOffice Premium on Windows

  1. Download MobiOffice for Windows
    • In your confirmation email, click the download link for Windows and complete the installation.

  2. Install and Open MobiOffice
    • Follow the on-screen installation instructions. Once installed, open any module (e.g., MobiDocs).

  3. Sign In to Access Premium Features
    • Go to the Account section within the app and sign in with the same account you used for your subscription.

Setting Up MobiOffice Premium on Two Mobile Devices

  1. Set up MobiOffice Premium on your Android device.
  2. Set up MobiOffice Premium on your iOS device.

Note: MobiOffice Premium can be activated on two mobile devices (Android and/or iOS).


Troubleshooting Common Activation Issues

  • Can't Access Premium Features: Ensure you’re signed in with the same account you used to purchase the subscription.
  • Device Limit Reached: Manage devices in My Account by removing any older or unused devices.
  • Trial Not Starting: Confirm your payment information was entered correctly and verify you received the confirmation email.
