iOS Compatibility Requirements
- Supported iOS Versions: MobiScan is compatible with iOS devices running iOS 17 or later.
- Device Compatibility: MobiScan is available on iPhones, iPads, and iPod Touch devices that support iOS 17 or later versions. To verify if your device supports this version, please consult Apple’s official support page or the device’s user manual.
How to Check Your iOS Version
If you're not sure which iOS version your device is running, follow these steps:
- On your iOS device, go to the Settings app.
- Scroll down and select General.
- Tap About to see detailed information about your device, including the iOS version.
If your iOS version is 17 or higher, you’re ready to install MobiScan. If you’re running an older version, you’ll need to update your device to use the app.
How to Update Your iOS Version
To update to the latest iOS version, follow these steps:
- Go to the Settings app on your device.
- Select General from the list.
- Tap Software Update to check if an update is available.
- If iOS 17 or later is available, tap Download and Install. Ensure your device is connected to Wi-Fi and has sufficient battery life to complete the update.
Note: Some older devices may not support iOS 17. If your device is not eligible, you may need to use a compatible device to access MobiScan.
