MobiPDF's annotation features allow you to add comments, freeform text, pictures, and a variety of other elements and objects. To access the annotations menu:
1. Open MobiPDF and tap Tools.
2. Scroll down to Read and Review and tap Comment.
3. Choose a file from your internal storage or preferred cloud service.
Adding a comment
1. Tap Note from the submenu.
2. Tap where you want your comment to appear within your document.
3. In the new pop-up window, type your note's contents and tap Done to place a note.
Adding Free Text
1. Tap Free Text from the submenu.
2. Tap where you want your free text to appear within your document.
3. Type your text and then tap anywhere outside the text box to save it.
4. To access additional text settings, tap Properties to choose your font type, size, color, and more.
Adding a Picture
1. Tap Picture from the submenu.
2. Choose a picture that you want to add to your PDF. It can be an existing image on your device, cloud provider, or can be imported from an online search.
1. You can also tap Camera picture to take a picture with your device camera.
2. Tap and hold your PDF image to drag it around or Resize to make it smaller or bigger. You can also Cut, Copy, or Delete it by using the provided contextual options.
