On Android, you cannot change the default settings for new documents, but you can create your own template with custom formatting settings such as:
- Font settings: size, color, styles
- Paragraph settings
- Page settings: page size and orientation, margins, page color
In MobiDocs (Android), you can create a template by saving a document as a .dotx file.
1. Open or create your document, and tap on the journal icon in the top right corner.
2. Tap on three dots in the top right corner and select Save As.
3. On the Save As dialog, select Template.
Use the template as a baseline to create multiple .docx documents with the same formatting.
To update your template, open the file, make the changes you want, and then save the template.
