How to Change Text Direction for All Languages on macOS

MobiOffice provides a flexible text direction feature, enabling users to adjust the text flow for various languages, including those written from right to left (RTL) like Arabic or Hebrew.

How to Change Text Direction:

  1. Open Your Document:
    • Launch MobiOffice on your Mac device and open the document where you want to change the text direction.
  2. Select the Text or Paragraph:
    • Highlight the text or select the paragraph for which you want to change the direction.
  3. Access Text Direction Settings:
    • Navigate to the toolbar at the top of the document and click on the "Format Paragraph" button.

  4. Choose Text Direction:
    • Look for the "Direction" option in the pop-up menu and select the desired direction:
      • Left to Right (LTR) for languages like English, French, etc.
      • Right to Left (RTL) for languages like Arabic, Hebrew, etc.

  5. Apply Changes:
    • Once you've selected the direction, click the "Set as Default" button. The text will immediately adjust according to your choice.

  • For documents with mixed languages, you can adjust the text direction for specific sections or paragraphs independently.
  • Ensure your macOS system and MobiOffice app are updated to the latest versions to have full access to language and direction settings.
