Introduction to AI Paraphraser in MobiOffice for Android
The AI Paraphraser is now also available on MobiOffice for Android. This tool enhances writing by rephrasing phrases and paragraphs, summarizing texts, and expanding statements. With its intelligent algorithms and user-friendly interface, the AI Paraphraser improves the efficiency and quality of written communication.
Where to Find the MobiOffice AI Button
You can access the AI feature directly from within MobiDocs in two easy ways:
Option 1: From the Home Menu
Open MobiDocs.
Tap the Home menu.
Swipe left until you reach the MobiOffice AI button.
Tap the MobiOffice AI button.
Option 2: From the Context Menu
Open any document in MobiDocs.
Long tap anywhere in the document to open the context menu.
Tap the AI button.
Both methods open the same MobiOffice AI tools.
AI Features Available in MobiOffice for Android
MobiOffice AI on Android offers two main options: Paraphrase and Summarize.
Paraphrase Text
Use this option to reword selected text while keeping its original meaning.
How to paraphrase:
Select the text you want to paraphrase.
Tap the AI button.
Choose Paraphrase.
Select a paraphrasing style, such as:
Formal
Informal
Shorten
Expand
and more
The AI will generate a revised version of your text based on the selected style.
Summarize Text
Use this option to create a shorter, concise version of longer text.
How to summarize:
Select the text you want to summarize.
Tap the AI button.
Choose Summarize.
The AI will generate a brief summary highlighting the key points.
Important: Copy Your AI-Generated Text
Before closing the AI feature, make sure to copy the paraphrased or summarized text. You can then paste it directly into your document where needed. Once the AI window is closed, the generated text will no longer be available.
