Set a Tab Stop using the Ruler in MobiDocs on Windows

Tab stops are a great way to align your text precisely within your document, giving it a clean and professional look.

Using the ruler 

1. Double click on the Right Intend at the right end of the horizontal ruler. 

2. In the new window, click on Tabs.

3. Choose one of the following types:

    Tab image  A Left tab stop sets the left end of the text line. As you type, the text fills toward the right.

    Center Tab button  A Center tab stop sets the position at the middle of the text line. As you type, the text centers on this position.

    Tab image  A Right tab stop sets the right end of the text line. As you type, the text fills toward the left.

    Tab image  A Decimal tab stop aligns numbers around a decimal point. 

    Bar Tab button  A Bar tab stop doesn't position text. It inserts a vertical bar at the tab position.
