Paraphrase text and fix grammar with MobiOffice AI
MobiOffice AI, exclusive to the MobiDocs app on the Windows version of MobiOffice, enhances writing by rephrasing phrases and paragraphs, summarizing texts, expanding statements and fixing grammar. This versatile feature, with its intelligent algorithms and user-friendly interface, improves the efficiency and quality of written communication.

How to paraphrase text with MobiOffice AI:
1. Click on the MobiOffice AI button in the tool bar.
2. Select the desired mode:
- Standard - the AI will simply paraphrase your text.
- Formal - the AI will make your text sound more formal.
- Summarize - the AI will rephrase your text in a laconic way, expressing the main ideas.
- Expand - the AI will expand your thought in great detail, adding sentences.
3. Enter or paste your text in the box on the left. Click Paraphrase.
4. You can Copy, Discard or Accept the suggested text.
5. If you click Accept, the text in your Document will be automatically replaced by the paraphrased version.
How to fix grammar with MobiOffice AI:
1. Click on the MobiOffice AI button in the tool bar.
2. Select Fix Grammar.
3. Enter or paste your text in the box on the left. Click Fix Now.
4. You can Copy, Discard or Accept the suggested text.
5. If you click Accept, the text in your document will be automatically replaced by the fixed version.
Alternatively,
1. In your document, highlight the text and click on the AI icon.
2. In the contextual menu, select between Fix Grammar, Summarize, Expand.
3. You can then either Accept the suggestion or ask the AI to Rewrite it.
