Insert a basic table:
1. In the Insert tab, click Table.
2. Highlight the number of columns and rows you want.
3. Click Insert.
Insert or delete rows or columns
1. Select a row or a column in your table. On the Table tab, swipe the toolbar to reveal more options.
2. Select Insert or Delete.
Manipulate tables
- To move a table, select, then drag and drop it into position.
- To cut or delete a table, select and tap on it. Tap Cut or Delete on the floating toolbar.
- To resize a table, select it and drag a corner handle.

Smart guides appear to aid you in aligning and spacing objects you move around. On the View tab, toggle Smart Guides.
