When you share a PDF file through the MobiOffice PDF module, you can:
- Provide a link for people to download.
- Send a copy of your file as an email attachment.
Send a link to your file
1. Open your PDF file with MobiOffice on your iOS device. Tap the menu in the top right.
2. Tap Share.
3. Tap Copy.
4. Select your email service.
Note: This file-sharing option is only available for the files you keep in MobiDrive. Make sure to save your file to the Cloud first.
Send your MobiOffice PDF file as an email attachment
1. On the Home tab, tap the three dots on any recent file,
or Open your file, tap the menu in the top right.
2. Tap Share.
3. Select your email service.
Send multiple attachments
You can send multiple files in one go.
1. In the Files tab, long tap to select a file.
2. Tap to select other files.
3. Tap the Share button on the bottom left.
