Filter Values in MobiSheets

Filtering data is a powerful way to manage and analyze large datasets. In MobiSheets, you can easily apply filters to display only the information you need, whether it's specific values, ranges, or conditions.

 

Enable Filtering:

1. Open your MobiSheets document.

2. Select the range of cells containing the data you want to filter, including headers if possible.

3. Go to the Data tab at the top of the toolbar and click on Filter to enable filtering. You’ll see small filter icons (usually arrows) appear in the header row of each column.

Apply Filters: 

1. Click on the filter icon next to the column you want to filter.

2. In the dropdown, you’ll see options to filter by specific values or create custom filters:

    • Select Specific Values: Check or uncheck specific values in the dropdown to show only rows containing those values.
    • Text Filter and Custom Filters: Choose options such as Equals, Contains, Begins with to set up more detailed criteria or create a custom filter. Enter the values or text you want to include or exclude from the results.

3. For example, if only Grand Total is selected in the filter, it will be the only appearing value once you click on OK.
