Find & Select options make it easy to locate, highlight, and manage specific data points.
In the Edit tab, click Find & Select.
Depending on the data you need, select a specific option, and MobiSheets will display all cells containing the specified type of content:

Find: Use this option to search for specific text, numbers, or symbols within your spreadsheet. MobiSheets highlights each occurrence, helping you quickly locate important data points without manually scanning the document.

Replace: Beyond locating terms, Replace allows you to substitute specific text or values with new ones across your sheet. This tool is ideal for making consistent changes, such as updating labels or correcting repetitive formatting errors.

Go to Cell: The Go to Cell function enables direct navigation to any cell or range, saving you time when working with large datasets. Simply enter the cell or range address, and MobiSheets will take you there instantly.

Special: This advanced feature allows you to select cells based on specific conditions:
- Formulas: Select only cells containing formulas, allowing you to apply formatting or review calculations efficiently.
- Comments: Easily select cells that contain comments. This is especially useful for reviewing feedback or notes added during collaborative editing.
- Conditional Formatting: This option selects only the cells with conditional formatting rules applied, making it easy to edit or update these cells.
- Constants: This option highlights cells containing constant values (i.e., data not derived from formulas). It’s ideal for quickly identifying fixed data that might need updating.
- Data Validation: Locate cells with data validation rules to verify or adjust data entry restrictions.
