To help us maintain a seamless experience, we've added a feature for users to send logs directly from their devices. These logs are essential for quickly diagnosing and fixing issues. This guide will show you how to enable debug logging and share your logs with us.
Enable Debug Logging
- Open MobiOffice and tap the menu icon.
- Go to Help and Feedback.
- Select Enable Debugging. The app will automatically close to apply the change. If it doesn’t, close the app manually.
Collect and Share Log Files
- Re-open MobiOffice.
- Return to Help and Feedback.
- Tap Download Logs and save the log file.
- Send the downloaded log file to us.
These logs will help us quickly analyze and reproduce the issue. Thanks for your cooperation!
