Create a MobiSystems account
Linking your OfficeSuite license with an account allows you to use your license and documents across devices and, if needed, across platforms.
You can sign up through the OfficeSuite app on your phone (iOS, Android) or computer (Windows or Mac), or via our website - here.
SIGN IN METHODS
Email/Phone number
Be sure to sign up and create an account with a valid email address that you have access to. This email address or phone number will be the username you log in with.
Make sure you verify your account by following the link in the confirmation email we send.
Other ways to sign up
You can use your Facebook account, Google account, or Apple ID. It is a secure, quick, and easy way to sign up, and you will not have to remember your personal OfficeSuite password.
Add a second email address to your MobiSystems account
You can add more than one email address to your MobiSystems account and associate it with your existing subscriptions/licenses. Follow these steps to do so:
1. Click here to enter your MobiSystems account.
2. Click Edit account.
3. Click Add email.
4. Type the email you want to add and confirm with Save.
Delete your MobiSystems account
If you want to delete your MobiSystems account you can do so by following these steps:
1. Click here to enter your MobiSystems account.
2. Click Edit account.
3. Click Delete Account.
4. Confirm your decision by clicking Delete Account again.
Be aware that this action is irreversible and cannot be undone. By proceeding, you will permanently erase all user data, encompassing various elements such as name, email address, password, phone numbers, photos, user settings, files stored in MobiDrive, contacts, and chat history.
