This guide applies only to subscriptions purchased through the Huawei AppGallery on an Android device.

Cancelling the subscription will stop future charges, but will not provide refunds for unused portions.

If you purchased the subscription directly from the MobiSystems website or another platform, follow their specific cancellation instructions.

Steps to cancel a MobiSystems subscription purchased through the Huawei AppGallery
- Navigate to Settings on your device.
- Select Account Center from the menu options.
- Within Account Center, locate and choose Payment and Purchases.
- Under Payment and Purchases, select Subscriptions/Password-Free Payments.
- Identify the MobiSystems subscription from the list of services and touch it to initiate the cancellation process.
- Confirm the cancellation prompt. Once confirmed, your subscription will be terminated, and no further deductions will occur from your account, beginning from the following month.

Uninstalling the app won't cancel your subscription. You must follow the steps above.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active for the period you've already paid for.

Cancelled subscriptions will lose access to premium features after the current billing period ends.
