Cancel a MobiSystems subscription purchased through Amazon

Before you begin

  • This guide applies only to subscriptions purchased through Amazon on a desktop or mobile device.

  • Cancelling the subscription will stop future charges, but will not provide refunds for unused portions.

  • If you purchased the subscription directly from the MobiSystems website or another platform, follow their specific cancellation instructions.

 

Steps to cancel a MobiSystems subscription purchased through Amazon on desktop

  • Go to Amazon's "Your Memberships and Subscriptions" page: 

  • Sign in with your Amazon account if not already logged in.

  • Under "Your Memberships," find the MobiSystems subscription you want to cancel.

  • Click on the "Manage Subscription" button next to the subscription.

  • Under "Advanced Controls," click on the link. This will open the main subscription page.

  • Click on "End subscription now" to immediately cancel future charges and lose access to premium features.

  • Alternatively, choose "End on renewal date" to continue using the subscription until the current billing period ends but prevent automatic renewal.

  • Follow any additional instructions and confirm your cancellation.

 

Steps to cancel on mobile

  • Open the Amazon app on your mobile device.

  • Tap on the three horizontal lines in the top left corner.

  • Select "Your Account".

  • Tap on "Memberships & Subscriptions".

  • Locate the MobiSystems subscription you want to cancel.

  • Tap on the subscription to open its details.

  • Tap on "Manage Subscription".

  • Follow steps 5-8 from the desktop instructions above.

 

Additional tips

  • Turn off auto-renewal: Even after cancelling, auto-renewal might be turned on for future subscriptions. Ensure you turn it off within the subscription details page.

  • Check your MobiSystems account: If you have a MobiSystems account associated with your subscription, double-check that it's cancelled there as well.

  • Contact MobiSystems support: If you encounter any issues cancelling through Amazon, you can contact MobiSystems support directly for assistance.

 

Remember

  • Uninstalling the app won't cancel your subscription. You must follow the steps above.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active for the period you've already paid for.
  • Cancelled subscriptions will lose access to premium features after the current billing period ends.
