Cancel a MobiSystems subscription purchased through the App Store

Before you begin

  • This guide applies only to subscriptions purchased through the App Store on an iPhone, iPad, or Apple Vision Pro.

  • Cancelling the subscription will stop future charges, but will not provide a refund for unused portions.

  • Please be aware that currently, Apple does not offer developers the ability to view, cancel, or process refunds for subscriptions.

Steps to cancel a MobiSystems subscription purchased through the App Store:

  • Open the Settings app on your iOS device.

  • Tap your name at the top of the screen.

  • Tap Subscriptions.

  • Find the MobiSystems subscription you want to cancel.

  • Tap on the subscription name.

  • Tap Cancel Subscription/Trial.

  • Confirm Cancellation.

  • You will receive confirmation that your subscription is cancelled.

Additional Tips

  • Contact MobiSystems support: If you encounter any issues cancelling through the App Store, you can contact MobiSystems support directly for assistance.

 

Remember

  • Uninstalling the app won't cancel your subscription. You must follow the steps above.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active for the period you've already paid for.
  • Cancelled subscriptions will lose access to Premium features after the current billing period ends.
