Before you begin
This guide applies only to subscriptions purchased through the App Store on an iPhone, iPad, or Apple Vision Pro.
Cancelling the subscription will stop future charges, but will not provide a refund for unused portions.
Please be aware that currently, Apple does not offer developers the ability to view, cancel, or process refunds for subscriptions.
Steps to cancel a MobiSystems subscription purchased through the App Store:
Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
Tap your name at the top of the screen.
Tap Subscriptions.
Find the MobiSystems subscription you want to cancel.
Tap on the subscription name.
Tap Cancel Subscription/Trial.
Confirm Cancellation.
- You will receive confirmation that your subscription is cancelled.
Remember
Uninstalling the app won't cancel your subscription. You must follow the steps above.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active for the period you've already paid for.
Cancelled subscriptions will lose access to Premium features after the current billing period ends.
