Before you begin
This guide applies only to subscriptions purchased through Google Play on an Android device.
Cancelling the subscription will stop future charges, but will not provide refunds for unused portions.
If you purchased the subscription directly from the MobiSystems website or another platform, follow their specific cancellation instructions.
Steps to cancel a MobiSystems subscription purchased through the Google Play Store
Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
Tap your profile picture in the top right corner.
Select Payments & subscriptions.
Tap Subscriptions.
Find the MobiSystems subscription you want to cancel.
Tap the subscription. Tap Cancel subscription.
Read the confirmation message and follow any additional instructions. Confirm the cancellation by tapping Cancel subscription again, if necessary.
You will receive a confirmation email from Google Play confirming your cancellation. Your subscription will be cancelled once the current billing period ends.

Remember
Uninstalling the app won't cancel your subscription. You must follow the steps above.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active for the period you've already paid for.
Cancelled subscriptions will lose access to premium features after the current billing period ends.
