Cancel a MobiSystems subscription purchased through Microsoft Store

Before you begin

  • This guide applies only to subscriptions purchased through the Microsoft App Store.

  • Cancelling the subscription will stop future charges, but will not provide refunds for unused portions.

  • If you purchased the subscription directly from the MobiSystems website or another platform, follow the specific cancellation instructions pertaining to that platform.

  • Please be aware that currently, Microsoft does not offer developers the ability to view, cancel, or process refunds for subscriptions.

Steps to cancel a MobiSystems subscription purchased through the Microsoft App Store

  • Access the Services & Subscriptions Page

On your Windows device: Start the Microsoft Store app, click on your profile picture in the top right corner, and select Account Settings. Then go to Services & subscriptions. Look for your MobiSystems subscription and select it.

  • Check for Automatic Expiration

If you see Turn on recurring billing instead of Manage it means your subscription is already set to expire automatically on the displayed date. You don't need to take any further action to cancel it. You can continue using your subscription until the expiry date.

Remember

  • Uninstalling the app won't cancel your subscription. You must follow the steps above.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active for the period you've already paid for.
  • Cancelled subscriptions will lose access to premium features after the current billing period ends.
