Eligibility
- If you are not satisfied with a MobiSystems subscription, you can request a refund within 30 days as of its activation date (30-Day Money-Back Guarantee).
- Plans purchased outside of the MobiSystems Store, including, but not limited to, third parties stores (Google, Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, Samsung, Huawei, etc.), marketplaces, affiliates, resellers, or partners, do not qualify for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Transactions excluded from refunds include subscription renewals, upgrades, plan changes, add-ons, and reactivations.
- If you have bought a MobiSystems product outside of the MobiSystems Store, please liaise with the marketplace where the purchase is made and ask about their return policy.
Steps to Request a Refund for a MobiSystems Subscription Purchased Through the MobiSystems Store
Start the Refund Request: Go to our Help Center and click on the Refund Request link to initiate the auto-refund flow.
Sign In to Your Account: If you're not already signed in, you’ll be prompted to sign in with the account linked to the purchase you want to refund.

Select the Correct Purchase: After signing in, you’ll see a list of your purchases. Select the one you want to refund.

If you don’t see the purchase listed, it’s possible it was made under a different account. Try signing in with any other email accounts you may have used.

Choose a Refund Reason: Once you’ve selected the purchase, pick a reason for the refund from the available options.

Check Refund Eligibility: If your order is within our 30-day money-back guarantee window and meets our other eligibility requirements, the refund will be automatically approved.
If a refund is granted within the eligibility period, it typically reflects in your banking statements within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the bank’s processing times. You should be aware that weekends and public holidays may cause additional delays. If more than 10 business days have passed without the refund appearing, you are advised to first contact your bank to confirm the status of the refund.

If you purchased through the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or another third-party retailer, you’ll need to request your refund through that platform directly, as those orders are not visible in our refund system.

- If your purchase decision was misled by inaccurate app descriptions or features, please highlight that in your communication with us.
Refund Process
- Any refunds will be applied to the same account, to the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Service that has been performed or consumed is non-refundable.
