Eligibility
- If you are not satisfied with a MobiSystems subscription, you can request a refund within 30 days as of its activation date (30-Day Money-Back Guarantee).
- Plans purchased outside of the MobiSystems Store, including, but not limited to, third parties stores (Google, Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, Samsung, Huawei, etc.), marketplaces, affiliates, resellers, or partners, do not qualify for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
- If you have bought a MobiSystems product outside of the MobiSystems Store, please liaise with the marketplace where the purchase is made and ask about their return policy.
Steps to request a refund for a MobiSystems subscription purchased through the MobiSystems Store
- Go to My Account.
- Under Subscriptions and Products, find the subscription/trial you want to cancel and click on View.

- Navigate to our Contact form and select Refund under what is your request about, and select Payment as the subject to ensure a streamlined process for your refund request.
- Keep purchase details and relevant evidence readily available when contacting support.

Before requesting a refund
- If you're experiencing technical issues with your MobiSystems subscription, explain them in detail, and we can offer troubleshooting solutions or alternative options beyond a refund.
- If your purchase decision was misled by inaccurate app descriptions or features, please highlight that in your communication with us.
Refund process
- Any refunds will be applied to the same account, to the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Service that has been performed or consumed is non-refundable.
