- Please note that Huawei Support manages all transactions made through the Huawei AppGallery. Therefore, you must directly contact Huawei Support to request a refund or report any unauthorized transactions.
Steps to request a refund for a MobiSystems subscription purchased through the Huawei AppGallery
- Open the AppGallery app.
- Tap on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Go to Purchases and find the MobiSystems order you want to refund.
- Select the order and look for the refund option.
- Follow the prompts to complete your refund request.

Before requesting a refund
- If you're experiencing technical issues with your MobiSystems subscription, explain them in detail to both Huawei and to us - and we can offer troubleshooting solutions or alternative options beyond a refund.
- If your purchase decision was misled by inaccurate app descriptions or features, highlight that in your communication with both parties.
