Refund a MobiSystems subscription purchased through the Huawei AppGallery

Eligibility

  • Please note that Huawei Support manages all transactions made through the Huawei AppGallery. Therefore, you must directly contact Huawei Support to request a refund or report any unauthorized transactions.

 

Steps to request a refund for a MobiSystems subscription purchased through the Huawei AppGallery

  • Open the AppGallery app.
  • Tap on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  • Go to Purchases and find the MobiSystems order you want to refund.
  • Select the order and look for the refund option.
  • Follow the prompts to complete your refund request.

  • If you're experiencing technical issues with your MobiSystems subscription, explain them in detail to both Huawei and to us - and we can offer troubleshooting solutions or alternative options beyond a refund.
