Eligibility
- We have limited access and visibility over subscriptions purchased through the Microsoft Store. All refund requests must go through Microsoft.
- Microsoft is more likely to grant refunds for purchases made within the last 14 days. You can only submit one refund request per purchase.
- If your request is denied, you can appeal the decision through the same page. Have in mind that, processing time for refund requests might vary.
Steps to request a refund for a MobiSystems subscription purchased through the Microsoft Store app
- Sign in to your Microsoft Account.
- Locate the MobiSystems purchase in your order history. You can filter by date or product type to make it easier.
- Click on the More details link for your MobiSystems purchase.
- Look for the Request a refund button and click on it.
- Select the reason for your refund request.
- Provide any additional details in the box provided (optional).
- Review the information and submit your request.
Before requesting a refund
- If you're experiencing technical issues with your MobiSystems subscription, explain them in detail to both Microsoft and to us - and we can offer troubleshooting solutions or alternative options beyond a refund.
- If your purchase decision was misled by inaccurate app descriptions or features, highlight that in your communication with both parties.
Refund process
- Any refunds will be applied to the same account, to the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Service that has been performed or consumed is non-refundable.
