Refund a MobiSystems subscription purchased through Amazon

Steps to request a refund for a MobiSystems subscription purchased through the Amazon Store

  • Log in to your Amazon account.
  • Click on "Digital Orders" under the "Returns & Orders" section at the top of the homepage.
  • Locate the digital product (MobiSystems subscription) that you want to request a refund for.
  • Click Contact Us or Return for Refund if the option is available next to the product.
  • For licenses or software subscriptions, you may need to contact Amazon’s customer service team. Provide details about your request, including why you need a refund.
  • Refunds for digital products are subject to Amazon's digital content policies. Depending on the product and reason, Amazon may approve or deny the refund.
  • Once approved, refunds for digital content or licenses usually take 3-5 business days to process.
