Eligibility
- Within 48 hours of purchase: For purchases made through the Google Play Store we adhere to Google's Refund Policy which usually allows refunds for apps and in-app purchases within 48 hours of purchase, no questions asked.
- Beyond 48 hours: Refunds requested beyond the 48 hours time frame are not guaranteed.
- If somebody you don't know has purchased on your behalf you can report the unauthorized charge within 120 days of the transaction.
Steps to request a refund for a MobiSystems subscription purchased through the Google Play Store
- Open Google Play and tap your profile icon.
- Select Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Choose the MobiSystems subscription you want a refund for.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
- You can also visit Google's refund page and select the subscription.
- Choose "Request a refund" and submit your request.
Before requesting a refund
- If you're experiencing technical issues with your MobiSystems subscription, explain them in detail to both Google Play and to us - and we can offer troubleshooting solutions or alternative options beyond a refund.
- If your purchase decision was misled by inaccurate app descriptions or features, highlight that in your communication with both parties.
Refund process
- Any refunds will be applied to the same account, to the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Service that has been performed or consumed is non-refundable.
