OfficeSuite Family is an all-in-one productivity suite designed for households. It offers essential tools for creating documents, managing spreadsheets, and more, with a single subscription that supports up to 6 users across multiple devices. Perfect for keeping everyone organized and productive.
Please note that the OfficeSuite Family plan is only available for purchase on the OfficeSuite website. To activate it, you must first sign in on a Windows device.
Step 1: Purchase OfficeSuite Family Subscription
Begin by visiting the OfficeSuite Pricing Page. Click the "Buy Now/Start 7-day trial" button under the Family plan. You'll be redirected to the checkout page. After completing your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with your subscription details.
Step 2: Download and Install OfficeSuite on Windows
Click the download link provided in the confirmation email, or visit the OfficeSuite website to download the latest version of OfficeSuite for Windows. After installation is complete, launch OfficeSuite by clicking one of its module icons.
Step 3: Activate Your OfficeSuite Family Subscription
When you open OfficeSuite for the first time, you will be prompted to sign in. Use the email address and password you provided during the purchase. Once signed in your OfficeSuite Family subscription should be active. You can verify this by navigating to the "Account" section within OfficeSuite, where your subscription details will be displayed.
Step 4: Share the Subscription with Family Members
To add family members, sign in to your MobiSystems account on the OfficeSuite website. Navigate to the "Subscriptions and Products" section to view your Family subscription. Under "Seats" you can invite family members to join via email.
Click "Assign Seat," and a pop-up window will appear where you can enter the email of the family member you wish to invite to the plan. You can invite up to 5 people, giving you a total of 6 seats, including your own.
Your invitees will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to download and sign in to OfficeSuite, granting them access to the OfficeSuite Family plan.
Using OfficeSuite Family on Other Platforms
To access OfficeSuite Family on an Android or iOS device, simply download the OfficeSuite app and sign in using the account associated with your OfficeSuite Family purchase.
- Android - Download the OfficeSuite: Word, Sheets, PDF app from the Play Store and sign in.
- iOS - Download the OfficeSuite docs & PDF editor app from the App Store and sign in.
