Freezing a row in OfficeSuite Sheets means locking it in place so that it stays visible when you scroll down or across the worksheet. This can be useful if you want to keep the row headings or labels always in view.
How to freeze rows in Sheets for Windows
1. Select the row below the row(s) you want to freeze. For example, if you want to freeze the first row, select the second row. If you want to freeze the first two rows, select the third row.
2. Go to the View tab on the ribbon and click Freeze.
3. To unfreeze the rows, go back to the View tab and click Freeze Panes again. Then choose Unfreeze Panes from the menu.
4. You can also freeze columns or both rows and columns using the same method. Just select the column or cell to the right of the ones you want to freeze and choose Freeze Panes from the menu.
