1. Launch MobiDrive.
2. Tap on the Menu button.
3. Navigate to Help & Feedback.
4. Select Enable debugging.
5. Tap Yes, enable, and MobiDrive will close.
6. Reopen MobiDrive and reproduce the issue you want to report so that it is captured in the logs. Then head back to Help & Feedback.
7. Instead of Enable debugging, you'll find Download logs.
8. Tap it and pick a destination for the log files.
After downloading, send the files to the support team, who likely requested them.
