1. Launch File Commander
2. Tap on the nav drawer button to expand the menu
3. Navigate to Help & Feedback
4. Select Enable debugging
5. A window like the one below will appear; tap "yes, enable," and File Commander will exit
6. Reopen File Commander and head to Help & Feedback
7. Instead of "Enable debugging," you'll find "Download logs"
8. Tap it and pick a destination for the log files
After downloading, kindly send the files to the support team, who likely requested them.
